Certification |
In order to work with a USAV Juniors team, you should be at least IMPACT
certified. NTR usually offers a couple of courses at the beginning
of the season and one or two during the season. Sometimes Qualifiers
will also offer them before the tournament. Check out USAV's education section to learn more about USAV's IMPACT and CAP programs. You can

Finding a Club Team |
Browse our site and get to know some of the clubs within the
North Texas Region. Visit the club sites learn a little more about
them. If you have driving distance restrictions, find out where the
club practices and how often. We have clubs all the way from Abilene
to East Texas! Clubs start filling coaching vacancies as early as
July and as late as November. Sometimes they are even looking
for coaches during the season to help out or to fill in for someone. We have a Coaches Wanted section you may want to visit.

- Teach kids how
to enjoy volleyball no matter what their skill level?
- Work only with
younger teams? only with older teams?
Don't worry if
you don't know exactly what you want to do right now. Once you get
into the coaching world, you will start to refine your goals.
