Adults Who Coach
Those adults (either adult players who coach or those whose only role in the region is with a junior club), will use the new registration system to establish membership this year. Please click on the Registration link to start the process. Prior to doing so, a few things to keep in mind:
- Adults will be asked to choose a club. If you know which junior club you will be working with, you may choose that club. If you do not know which club you will be working with or you do not see your club in the list, select "Undecided." You can go back in later and change it.
- If you are also an adult player, you must select the junior club you are affiliated with (opposed to your adult club/team).
- If you play, you will still need to select your level of play.
- Once you indicate your role will be with a junior club, you will be prompted to complete a background screen. If the screen does not pop up, you were cleared from last year and do not need a new one. If you do get the page asking for information, please fill out that information. The information is the same as the printed form we have used in the past. You'll need to answer a couple questions and enter your social security number. Once you finish, your data will be automatically sent to the background vendor.
- Upon completion, you will come to a screen showing total amount owed to the region. It is the responsibility of each member to pay for their fees. You will need to submit payment via check, money order or cashier's check made payable to the North Texas Region in the amound indicated on the USAV page. Please include member's name and date of birth on the memo line. Your club will not be paying these fees.
Adult Players
For adults who play, please use the Registration link to start your membership process. You will need to select your level of play. At this time, you do not need to select a club, as it will commit you for the year. For club choice, please choose "Undecided". You can login later and change this.
