Existing members are defined as those registered through NTR's database in either 2005-2006 or 2006-2007. We will also use the term "new online member" for these individuals. As long as you have entered our system in these time frames, you should be in the USAV database.*
*If you entered after mid-February 2007, you may not be entered in the system. Please contact the region office to verify.
In order to register for this year, you will first need to establish a login for the account. By clicking the link below, you will be taken to this page. You will be asked to provide the member's first and last name, as well as date of birth and email address you used when you originally registered. Upon entering the correct information, you will be permitted to enter the member's information page.When asking for a login or trying to login, DO NOT use the username and password you used with the old NTR database. They will not work.

After you have registered and have paid, returning members are receiving emails stating their status is pending. Members will receive this email through October 31. After October 31, returning members who have registered and paid will receive emails with a current and paid status. For those who were previously marked pending, they will automatically change November 1.
Special Notes:
USA Volleyball has implemented a system where electronic signatures will be permitted through registration. When you complete the required information, you must open the USAV Waiver & Release of Liability and USAV Participant Code of Conduct and read them prior to checking them off and confirming your registration. To complete your registration with electronic signature, adult members must give a drivers license or state ID number (which will not be stored data, but used for verification) prior to continuing. Parents of junior members must enter a drivers license or state ID number.
It is very important for junior members that they have a parent or adult guardian complete their registration since the person handling the registration is representing that he/she has legal capacity and authority to act for and on behalf of the minor.
Club Affiliation - If the member is a junior registering prior to tryouts, he/she must select Undecided as a club. Once the member has chosen a club, he/she will log in and update the club affiliation. Adult coaches may select club affiliation upon registration. Adult players should select Undecided through the Fellowship season, unless he/she is certain the club they are representing is the same one for the entire year.
